The entire world needs to improve their mental health systems so that those who require it can be cared for to prevent harm to themselves and others.

Again, a lack of firearms carried by private individuals added to the death toll. When will they ever learn? I cannot even come close to imagining the hurt, sorrow and pain all of those affected are going through. My prayers in the coming days will be many and heartfelt to all of those affected by this sick, insane act. God bless us all.
