Does anyone own a Rizzini Trap or Sporting gun? I was wondering what they were like.

Just recently traded a VERY nice Rizzini Sporting gun ( a vertex) .
It's a great gun, points well, good grip and feel.
Parts were mated prfectly, and the wood was decent quality.
Chokes patterned great as well.
Even though it had 32" barrels, ! could swing it fast enough that station 8's got dusted with boring regularity - and as you know Win64, I call for the birds from the "gun down" !:D
if you are looking at one, have no fear, buy it!:)
I also have four Fair shotguns but NONE of them will be sold!

Yes I own a Rizzini S2000 sporting 32" it is an exellent handling well made shotgun. The fit and finish is great and the trigger is better than any shotgun I have ever shot. The only complaint I have with it is more of my issue then the guns as every one else has had no problems shooting it,my problem is the gun swings to fast for me and I miss targets sometime because of it. If you are close to me I would be glad to let you shoot it and it is for sale.

Have you ever tried a barrel weight to help with the 'whip'?

Brad.

I was thinking of trying a cement block instead of the barrel weight. The weight is not the only issue for me the gun handles very different from my Citori and I can't make the switch between them and the Browning is my mainstay.
