well im trying to get my girlfriend to eat more game meat, she said she will if i cook it, but i know she doesnt enjoy it as much as beef. so does anyone have a good marinade that i can use on a moose roast. i figure hiding a bit of the game flavour she open up to it more.

In my experience, a bit of dry apple cider works wonders to cook a moose roast in, as opposed to just water. A can of Big Rock or Strongbow should do. The tart apple taste will help fight the gamey taste. You can also wrap the roast in prosciutto for some added flavor, but beware as the added salt can make for a funky gravy!
