Just a simple recipe anyone can do on thier own:
-two snowshoehares
-stuffed with diced onion, carrots, mushrooms
-bottom of roast pan lay out russet slices cut half inch thick also bigger chunks of carrot

-cover rabbits with oregano, cumin, old bay, garlic salt
