After waiting 5 months of back order, my rob arms XCR just came in from wolverine

The rifle is in .223, but I got the 7.62 conversions.

The rifle is beautiful, very clean, very pretty.

My issues is the 7.62 conversion and missing mags.

The 7.62 coversion, came in a ripped up plastic bag, that was taped together. There are quite of few scratches and the bolt face is very dirty, like someone shot it heavy before.

Did anyone get there conversion kit in this condition? Does Rob Arms maybe test them before shipping out?

Also, the plastic case it came in, is not marked rob arms, looks like a normal plano case? Is this what everyone else got also?

Other than these two issues, I love the rifle it self, a tad on the heavy side but 100% kick ass.:p;);):D

UPDATE:

Everything is excellent now folks. Unlike certain other dealers, where you have to hound them and call and call to get them to fix the problem. Wolverine Contacted me and fixed everything the same day, the rifle got here.

I couldn't imagine better service.

Thanks Guy and the Team at Wolverine. Saving up yo buy a Taurus Judge from you guys soon.

yes they come in the Plano case but the issue with the condition of the conversion kit doesn't sound right. Maybe some pics of it if you can. and 7.62 mags are hard to come by so grab when you can.

Have you to talk to Wolverine first?
most sponsor are more than happy to hear from their customers with any problems first, than have to read it about it on a forum. ;)

I talked the OP late this afternoon and will be sorting out the missing mags on Monday.
We inspect the conversion kits to check the caliber before they are sent out which would account for the ripped package but no chance you got a used one. Chances are it had been test fired but I will have to check into it next week.
Whatever happens it will be made right as usual.
Regards
Guy
