He does, too! Henry has .308 fmj Hornadys for $24 per 100, or $235 per thou. Those bullets shoot very well in all my .308s. He ships fast and charges only the actual freight.
He does not. I saw some bulk 150gr 308 bullets for sale in a retail shop for $85 / 500 which works out to a mere $17 / 100.

Are you looking for any old bullet at all, i.e. the cheapest possible plinking ammo / blasting ammo? (contact me offline if you are interested in some pulled military bullets - they are once-loaded, but not once-fired ;-)

Bullets being so heavy, the particulars of shipping cost ends up strongly figuring into the in-your-hands price.

Those Berry's bullets are just plated not jacketed.
It's recommended that they don't exceed 1700 fps, not exactly a good bullet for an M14 or a simulated hunting load.
I might go for these if I shot a 30-30 otherwise stick with jacketed.
I just looked that up, and it seems they're talking about their pistol projectiles? Does it apply to all of their projectiles?

Berry does have .308 cal fmj projectiles which are $22.24 per 100. It says that this includes shipping but it's on their American website and they say they don't ship internationally.

It would appear that Higginsons is the cheapest at $21.00 per 100 for fmj's. I will still deal with Henry simply because if I am passing through I can pick up w/o incurring shipping costs.
The Berrys .308RS for 130$ are plated.
Speaking from experience, if you're a sharpshooter/long range shooter stay the hell away from that cheap russian FMS crap, it will plug your rifle up with carbon and other crap like no other ammo! what absolute garbage, that crap is fine for 7.62x39 but 7.62x51 HOLY CRAP, never again!
