So my wife... bought me the rock chucker reloading kit for my birthday.

Been eyeing this for a while.

Yay! Now I get to hang out here and learn a few things.... ;)

Nice wife huh!

Great stuff. Hey....could you do us all a favour since you've got a late model Rockchucker ?? Without a shell holder or die in place.....just the bare bones press....raise the ram up all the way and try to move it side to side. How much play do you have there ?? A year or two ago, somebody posted a video of one of these presses in the store that showed the ram slopping back and forth from side to side. I'm really curious to know if they fixed the problem.

Thanks....
Dennis....

Awesome. Does that mean you are gonna keep her around now? As for the comment on the rocker press kicking off to the side I have had mine for a year and had no such issue.

I have reloaded with a Rock Chucker for years and now have my boy learning to use it.
It is a great addition to your reloading bench......

I want to start reloading also. I've seen it done but have never reloaded. Is there some used reloading equipment at a resonable price that's in good condition for sale? I've checked out the prices in some of the sporting good stores and to just get the basics i would be spending a pretty penny. Can anyone help me out. Thanks, D-wag.
