Is there anyone out there that handles/carries Rock River Rifles in stock?
Looking in particular for, 24" .223 Wylde chamber, 1-8 twist, heavy barrel.
Is there any dealers that have one of these in stock?

They were one of the THE goto gun. But for the last little while. They kinda die down here in canada

RRA makes a good quality AR. There were a few 20 - 24" models on the EE if you are in the market for used.
