Rockchucker supreme size?

Could somebody do me a solid and take some measurements of the rockchucker supreme. I am building a bench and my press isn't here yet. I need to know how wide it is as well as how far back the holes would be from the front of the bench.

It's 4.5 inches wide.
From the edge of the bench to the center of the bolt slot is 2 iches, and the bolt slot is about a 1/2inch wide at the widest.
