One of Canada's best and fiercest competitive trapshooters Rod Boll has passed away. Rod passed away last week at the age of 68. It will seem strange not seeing him at shoots any longer as he has been a figure at shoots here in the west and across Canada as well as internationally representing Canada as a Team Canada member for as long as I can remember shooting ATA trap. I can remember reading his name on shoot reports and seeing it on the scoreboard at shoots for many years before ever meeting him personally.
Condolences to his family and friends and may he rest in peace.

sad to hear. I shot with him at several shoots in the mid 80's, then he disappeared, great guy.
