Roll crimp or taper crimp for 45-70?

The rounds will go in a lever gun.
The rounds will be full sized.
The rounds will be pushing heavy near full-house loads. (480 grain cast)

All this in a LEE setup, since I have no money.

Which LEE dies should I get?
Taper or roll?
All this will be happening in a LEE hand press.

Apparently dies are interchangeable between different manufacturers now?
Is this the case?

The cartridge headspaces on the rim. A light roll crimp will do nicely.
"...dies are interchangeable..." Have been for years. The standard thread is 7/8-14.
