I seem to recall these being not uncommon from dealers only a couple years ago, mostly Swedish conversions I think. Naturally as soon as I have the hankering for one, they've all disappeared!
Does anyone know of a spot that might have one still? Ideally 20ga but at this point I'd take anything.

There were quite a # of RB shotguns sold through Bud Haynes auctions back in the 70's-80's but I don't remember anything but 12 gauge. They had a boat load of RB's somebody sent over from the Scandinavian area at every sale for a year or two, mostly rifles but a small offering of the shotguns as well. I don't think they were "conversions" tho, they were made new by the companies that made the military Rem RB rifles under licence from Remington for their local govmts..
If there are 20 ga's around I would suspect they are new made reproductions from somewhere.

Occasionally Remington made shotguns turn up.
Some of the European imports used commercial Belgian actions, not ex-military.
Like the surplus Tabatiere, Chasssepot, Gras and Mauser rifles rebuilt as shotguns for the low priced market, rolling blocks were converted as well.

One I have from Tradex is a 20ga not made by Remington. It isn't the best quality and the barrel actually cracked along the top of the chamber using black powder loads.

I have a much nicer 12ga that I believe is Swedish made. Tradex at the peak of their inventory had shotguns in 12, 20, 24 and maybe other gauges as well as some with straight rifling.

I have what is probably a true Bannerman.1874 Remington in 20 guage . Origionaly a 50-70.Had friend make a new stock,BBl is rough but the action is tight.Pierces the odd primer ,but I load it with real light loads and dispatch critars around the yard.A fun top.

Old black powder rolling block shotguns had large diameter firing pins, not designed for modern high pressure loads. They work fine at black powder pressure.
Rolling block shotguns were produced in 12, 16, 20 and 28 gauge, that I have personally seen. Husqvarna records show 14 and 24 gauge also.
