I've had the chance to evaluate the new spring guide from Rauch Tactical (AKA Suprathepeg) and it get's 2 thumbs up from my bench. The last marstar one i installed had a lot of tooling marks..... although most i've installed (lots 
) of the marstar version are excellent and fit the chinese spring well. If you wanna run a usgi or wolf spring, the rauch tactical or the sadlak from fabsports.
