Ross 1910 need ID help

Hi Looking at this Ross fellow has for sale Model 1910 Military thought I might get some help is this the way they where? wood seems to be not cut?
bore is very very clean and shinny, is $695 about what these bring ?

Considering the price Enfields are going for on the EE, 695.00 would seem close.

That is a IIIB - the pattern made for the Brits. At that price, with a sharp bore, I would grab it.
