Ross M-10 MkIII

Other than a barrel vice and an action wrench is there anything in particular I should know about removing a Ross barrel from the receiver? Ie left or right hand thread? Are they usually very tight? Etc.

If the barrel is scrap, I cut a relief groove just in front of the receiver ring, to reduce the torque.
