Quit laughing,:) yes I am really looking for a few minor parts for a 1910 Ross.
I need the bridge that supports the rear sight, completge with screws, or a discription of the screws so I can make some, I do not want to retap them to a larger size unless necessary, and a magazine. I am looking for the straight collumn magazine not the mauser style one. If it does come to pass that these things are available, I will have the pleasure of making a rifle out of a door stop...I am in no rush as I am overseas working, will not be home until mid december. If I send you a PM saying that I will buy your parts when I get home I am good for it..
Thanks
Allen

Sorry to horn in, I have a sporterized one, and I'm hoping to find wood for her. If anyone knows where a stock could be found (original military contour)
please let me know. If not, I'll have a good parts M-10:(

Don't mean to butt in here ...
well yes I guess i do :D

I'm in the same boat as 22-45, got an old Ross that needs a couple little parts to be a shooter! If anyone has a screw that goes from the top of the action down into the rear of the trigger guard & a fore end screw (almost under the rear site), I'd be appreciative :)

Don't now if these guys still ship to Canada or not but...

Remove the (not hoty linked) part...

As for Ross "bits & pieces" check out Numrich (just google the name & follow the e-guns link). They list out parts under each makers name and do have Ross bits. Order by phone, they are great people, and yes they ship to Canada. Obviously no recievers or complete rifles available.
For repro Ross wood check with "American Gunstocks". I have been informed that they can supply repros of original military wood or fit the action to some beautiful custom stocks. Prices may seem high but I doubt you will find anyone cheaper.
Cheers

If anyone wants them

I have two trigger guards, slightly different, one 1905 reciever with trigger, and one extractor.
They are of no use to me as both of my rifles are complete. I had to buy a severely bubba' d rifle to get the firing pin. Sent the other parts to another person in Canada.
Possibly the reciever can't be shipped. but the trigger mechanism, ejector and various pins might be useful to somebody. This is a freebie.

If I recall correctly, I do believe that D. Henry Gunmakers in Alberta has a box of some Ross Rifle bits in the back that has bolts and other bits and pieces.

I can't remember what model they were for, but I'm positive he had some. They wouldn't be listed on his site, but you can e-mail or call him and see if he can help you out there.
