Does the rifle rifle have its own stripper clips or is it suppose to take the standard enfield ones?

I've tried using my enfield ones, but they go about half way in and get snagged on the "bumps" on the side of the clip.

The "clip" (properly a "Charger") does not go into the rifle at all.

The Charger sits in the Charger Guide on the rifle and the rounds are stripped FROM the Charger, into the Magazine of the rifle.

Best way to strip the rounds into the Mag is with your thumb right up against the Charger itself, NOT partway down the length of the cartridge. One fast swipe down, and she's loaded. You don't have to remove the Charger: just snap the Bolt forward and the Charger will remove itself. (You the pick the Charger up because they are getting scarce and expensive!).

Some Chrgers, especially the late Parkerised ones, can be most finicky about letting the rounds strip out. These ones you either get rid of, or polish the edges of the INSIDE of the Charger lips with a piece of Crocus cloth.

Correct way to load the Charger is the same as for the Lee-Enfield: DUDUD, meaning "down-up-down-up-down". In a picture, that would be _-_-_.

Have fun!

I know that the clip doesnt go into the rifle....My stripper clips get caught up in "clip groove"(?) and the bottom round doesn't touch the mag follower at all

And...? what is your point? That's how they work. Why do you think it needs to touch the follower?

Hmm... never noticed that with the Enfields. All .303 chargers are the same, for all intents and purposes, and every one should fit into every "British" (Ross, P14 and Enfields, plus others I imagine) gun designed to take them. I've used mine a fair bit in my Ross' and never have I ran into any issues with them.
