Didn't figure this would fall under hunting firearms, so I figured I'd ask here. :D
I've been thinking about selling my Rossi 1892 copy, and was just curious what they go for. Here's the info - 16" barrel, 357mag & 38spl, blued, puma medallion on left side, regular size lever loop, saddle ring, pre-safety model, excellent condition (when I bought it it appeared unfired - I fired 5 rounds through her).
Any help would be appreciated.

These guys are the puma distributors in Canada.

I'd give them a call and find out what a new one costs....Then deduct 20% as a starting point.
I think the cowboy types prefer 10 rounds in the tube.
Just curious why did you stop shooting it after 5 rds?

I stopped at 5 rounds because it was in a buddy's back yard, and we didn't want to annoy his neighbors too much.
I had five 357 and five 38 dummy rounds, and alternating them (1 38sp, 1 357mag, 1 38sp, and so on) I could fit 9 in the tube (and about 3/4 of the 10th one). So if you went strictly 38sp, I believe it would hold 10.

I just purchased a 92 Puma (no safety, cat on side 20" barrel .44 mag) in NEW condition and I thought I stole it at around 400.00. They are great shooters and they do smooth up with shooting. I love this one. The rear sight is kinda cheap (stamped) but it works.

I bought my Rossi 92 in 38spl/357mag with a 20" barrel for $400 new. It's a blast to shoot, accurate and holds about 13 rounds of 38 and 11 or so 357.

The only problem I had was the extractor broke. A local smith modified a winchester 92 extractor to fit.
