Anyone know if this has gone the way of the other Circuit Judge's and is not canada friendly?

Probably restricted because it is obviously a pistol. Because the frame is the same as the pistol (even though it was never a pistol and built as a rifle) it is restricted.

It's obviously a revolving action, but is it the action or length that determines if it's a handgun or rifle?

Take the plastic stock off and it's a pistol underneath. Albeit, a pistol with a ridiculously long barrel.

I wish Rossi would smarten up and just do what Browning did with the Buckmark...

Note the frame extension for the stock behind the grip. That makes all the difference in the clasification.

I really want the .410 version, but for upland use, not just at the range...
