I was at the Norland gun show today and saw this little shotgun. I have a buddy who told me about his years ago and ive wanted once since but have never seen one. Once I saw this one, I had to have it. Now that I do, id like to know more about it. It appears to be new and it appears to be a new style model with the synthetic thumbhole stock and silver metal finish.
As you can see from the pics, its a simple, single shot break action .410 with a manual hammer and lever safety on the side. The buttstock has a slot for 4 spare rounds and a sight window so you can see how many are left. The barrel has a simple bead sight on the end. This baby is short. I dont have my tape with me but id say its 20 inches or so total.
Does anyone know what it actually is or have a link to one with some info? All it says on it is Rossi .410 3in... thats all I know.
Heres the pics:
I paid $220 for it. Again, appears to be brand new, perhaps seen only a few rounds. Bore is perfect, not a scratch on the whole gun. Im keeping it for sure. I can see this thing getting some serious miles on it.
