Don't let surface looks fool you.I shot a 1.26" 3 shot group at 100 yards with MFS 203gr SP's out of a 1942 Ishy that has many machine marks on the outside............Harold
 
Mines a great shooter as well! Also sporting a blonde stock so she's not too hard on the eyes.

Don't have an actuall group size for you but will eventually measure one id say mine is and average of 2.5 moa (which for irons at 100 is amazing for me) Again I'll have to actually measure to confirm
 
Out of the slew we got none were worse than 3" groups at 100 yards.Mind you we hand picked for bores.
 
Everything that NEEDED to be good on a war production Mosin was good. They just left everything else at the bare minimum. Mine is the same.
 
Haven't got around to reloading for it yet.Have dies brass and .311-.312 bullets/RE#15.I'm hurting geese at the moment and just got my pre 64 model 70 -.300 H+H + 7mag Sako Finnbear deluxe tuned for hunting.Trail cameras out for wild boar proof sighting in my area.Busy busy busy..........Harold
