Rouladin, step by step with photo's

Wow!---that stuff looks great!----I am usually the guy that does the cooking for my platoon at the firehouse----I think the guys are going to go nuts over this one!!
 
The Guys at the hunt camp always look forward to supper when I make it.
I do it a little differently but mostly the same.
Instead of regular bacon I use double smoked bacon and rather
than slices a huge big chunk. :)
A few other differences not really worth mentioning
as everyone has a different way to make it.

Ever made your own bacon? It is very easy.

I can explain if you want, it is delicious when made by hand with high quality pork bellies.
