RPAL Application status not appearing online?

So I tried to check the status of my first time PAL and RPAL application online and after entering my information I get this error:
"We do not have any information that matches this data."

It's now been 25 days since I've mailed in my application, and I live close enough to where it's processed that it should have got there in 2 days max.

The only thing possibly throwing me off is that when I try to check my status it asks for my "place of birth", which I don't remember indicating on the application at all but maybe I'm just forgetting that part somehow?

Any idea what's going on? Is it normal to not even be online yet?

25 days... Assuming some sort of SNAFU in the mail, let's say 20 days since arrival. They seem to be averaging ~3 weeks just to get it online, lately, so you shouldn't get concerned for a while. Mine took 24 days from the point that Registered mail confirmed delivery to Miramichi.

I've tried again today, and am now getting this error:

Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found

The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.

Anyone else mind trying this page and seeing if they get the same error after clicking "Check the Status of your application"?

It's functioning now, but my application still isn't appearing online. But since I can't remember how exactly I worded my place of birth on my application (City, City/Pronvince, or just Pronvince? ect) I'm not sure if it's my own error or simply that it's not online yet.

Is there any other way to check the status? An automated phone number?

I made a scan of my application, just in case they said I was missing info I could verify. Also helped for the place of birth for the website (like you, I couldn't remember exactly what I wrote!)

Wish I had of though of that, Shiney. lol

But thankfully, not it's online. Current status states:

Application Received on: 2013/04/19

Current Status: Your application has completed initial processing. It is now in progress. Please check the status again at a later date.

So this must just be the first step in processing, basically?

I mailed mine through the post with a tracking number. I then asked when it said it was delivered if they had it. They asked when was it delivered I said yesterday I sent it through the post since I didn't want to the paperwork lost so I want to make sure they got it and that was it. I was calling to check if they got it they went and found it did the interview I called all my referances and told them to answer the phone they all got a call and I had my PAL 1 week later I was surprised it was so fast.

Give them the 28 days since they received it and then call. Dont wait after that time frame has passed.
It should be pretty quick if you do this. I guess they put them all in a "I'll get to it when I get to it pile". But if you call, they pull your file and work on it right away.

Well today actually makes day 28 since they've received it, so I'll just wait until Monday and give them a call then.
I'll use the weekend to give my references the heads up that they'll likely be calling them soon.
