RPAL for flint lock pistol?

Do you need a RPAL for a flint lock pistol? Flint lock rifles do not require a PAL.

Absolutely. It is still a pistol, flinter or not. You will require an RPAL.

If it was manufactured in 1898 or later, it is treated the same as any handgun depending on barrel length.
If it is pre 1898, it is antique, and thus no registration or licenses are required.
