RPAL Interview Questions?

They interviewed myself, as well. I actually made this stone-cold sounding lady laugh as I kept calling her ma'am. Huzzah for calling both the exams before they nixed it.

Well I did the course for both, my app has been moving along nicely, and they told me when the time comes they only need 1 reference.

They might ask your references some very odd questions. "Have you ever observed person X being angry?" "Have you ever observed person X expressing an anti-social view?" Examples of anti-social the interviewer gave me included "criticizing the government."

If criticizing the government is a sign of a potential public safety risk, it's time to report Justin Trudeau and Thomas Mulcair!!

They called my references, and they also called me and asked me the same questions I answered on the form. The woman that called was very pleasant so when she asked if I suffered from depression, I said yes, but it only started at 8 am, but funny thing, it was gone by 5 pm! She laughed.
I was called as a reference for a friend as well, they asked the same question a couple of time during the interview but asked it a slightly different way each time. Like most people or companies, be decent with them and they will be decent with you, they are just doing their jobs.

They called me and the only question I was asked was why did I apply for a RPAL. I told her that it was $50 off if I took the RPAL course within a week of taken my PAL and that I am a sucker for deals.

Remember folks, Its recorded and you dont want to say something that can be taken out of context in the future.....it will show up if you do an access to info also... so keep it on topic...
