RPAL manual...need

Not sure where to post this ,but here goes,

I`m looking for a copy for the RPAL manual so I can study.I`m going to challenge the course (on the advice of the instructor)
Anybody have one to give me or sell me?I know you can down load it,but I prefer to have one in hand,so I can read it in bed.
