Well someone finally got tired of it sitting on their desk I guess. Glad it's been issued. Print that screen for your records in case it doesn't show up.

the kicker is i was never charged with anything, niether was the wife

they came, they saw, they were pissed at the person who phoned it in, and left

yet here i am waiting for my RPAL and here's the wife with her's

Maybe provide them with the report? Call and ask if that would help and re-enforce that it was a malicious neighbour or whoever
