Hi all,

i'm new to this very awesome site. I just did my PAL/RPAL exams and am now awaiting my acceptance letter from the CFC. I'm from Quebec by the way. After i recieve the ACCEPTANCE letter from the CFC, when i send them my RPAL Application form do i have to send them attached proof as to which range i'm a member at or i don't need to be a member at all to get my RPAL? Not sure and would like to know so that the RPAL doesn't get delayed.

Also , i downloaded the Application form from the CFC site. Is it acceptible? Apparently the real form has a sticky adhesive that afixes to the back of the picture with mine and the garantor's name and signature. The one i downloaded only says to cut out the little square with the names and affix it to the back of the photo. Do i affix it with scotch tape or glue? I hope i made sense...thanks in advance.

No you don't need proof of range until you buy a restricted firearm

I used the online form and taped the info on the back of my picture with tape after it was filled out.
