Rpal upgrade fee

I currently hold a NR pal, If I send in for an R pal upgrade do I have to include the 60$? The form says I do but others say NO?

calling the 1-800 number in this situation is always the best (but they'll tell you it's free)

I included it and they sent it back,sometimes you can't even give money away

Just another example of gubment assbackwardness.

I did my PAL in the spring. Sent $60. If I had done both I'd have to sende $80.

Just did my RPAL which is FREE so I'll be sure the spend the saved $20 on gun stuff.

Yep, it's on the RCMP website. Adding privileges to your license is free.
