So I just picked up my new RPR in 6.5 and put 30 rounds and doing my barrel break in, and right off the hop I'm having feeding issues with both of the 10 round magazines that it came with. 3 out of 4 rounds don't get grabbed and the bolt slides over the brass gauging them. The only way around it is if I put up pressure on the magazine. Has anyone else had this issue?

Other then that the gun shot .35" at 100yds and 2.5" at 300 yards and the barrel is not even broken in yet, I can't wait to start hand loads and see what it will really do.

You need to adjust the feed lips on the magazine. What I did was insert the casehead between the lips and bend up slightly, what you want is the nose of the bullet to be lifted slightly higher.
