Don't know if it's "worth the money". But RRA does have a good reputation regarding their fit and finish. If you were to build something similar with quality accessories, you are looking to pay around the similar (~3k) price range.
If what's on the list is what you want. Then yeah, even saves you the hassel to shop around for accessories.

I was also looking into that one...I have only read good things about it in magazines and on the Internet.
A couple of the differences between the Govt model and the real DEA gun (aside from no select fire) include a 16" barrel with 1:9 twist instead of a 14.5 " barrel and no tritium inserts on the sights.
