RST shotshells available in Canada?

Does anybody know if anybody in Canada stocks RST shotgun shells. Are their low powered shells good for old Damascus steel barreled shotguns?

Prophet River in Lloydminster stocks some types of RST cartridges.
Of course, black powder cartridges are the real deal for Damascus shotguns in good condition.
Yes, some are using low pressure RST cartridges in Damascus barreled guns.

Thanks, I have heard that reloading my own black powder shells is likely the best way to go. I really don't know the first thing about how to do it. I will have to look on you tube and forums on this site. I have a Parker side by side with regular steel barrels that I use regularly. The old Damascus hammer gun that I have is in decent shape, but it is no parker! non the less I would like to shoot it on rare occasions.
