Ruffed grouse and rice

Boil two ruffed grouse until all pink is gone and let it cool down. Debone the meat and set it aside.

One cup basmati rice and two cups chicken broth bring to a boil. Then immediately turn it to simmer.
Add a teaspoon lemon juice, half a yellow onion diced.

Add a handful of Bok Choy sliced as u wish.
Cover the simmering rice and veggies ingrediants for twelve minutes covered with a lid.
Turn it off then add your grouse, a tablespoon of soya sauce and let it sit for five/six minutes so flavours can mix nicely.

Serves three adults. Or lunches times three.
