Question, and sorry if I am thread drifting.. do I need to have a wing attached to a grouse breast if I am to freeze it in my freezer. I do have a wing attached, just wasnt sure. I was under the impression that you only needed to have a wing attached for transport and don't require a wing attached for freezing but my father seems to thing otherwise.
 
Thanks it has some nice wood on her! It is my understanding, is when it's at home and not to be transported, no wing is needed! I Just looked it up in the Alberta regulation book and what I stated is correct.

We just got back form 358 and we had never seen as many grouse as this year. We ate grouse every day and brought home our limit of 20 each.
