Ruger #1 How Rare?

I just picked up a Ruger #1 in 7mm RM. The serial # indicates date of manufacture to be 1978. This gun is in nice condition and appears to have spent most of it's life in the gun rack. I'm told that Ruger #1's in 7mm RM are rare, but how rare? Anyone happen to know the numbers?

Ruger No.1's in 7MMMag are as rare as Chevy half tons!
In other words, they are seen regularly.....

Yeah, they come up in the EE from time to time. Seem to be no more valuable than any other #1

.............my father in law has one with a stainless Hart barrel on it. The accuracy is amazing.

Check on Ruger's web site. The Standard 1-B is currently chambered for
7mm Rem Mag.
