Comes with rings (IIRC, all the 1B models do, but now I am not so sure about the Tropical), open sights (plain - not express style).
If you handload (which I would highly recommend for the H&H) and already own a press and such, you should be able to buy the rifle new, + dies, + brass, bullets for +-1500 all in ..... oooops! Wait, you're in BC, so add HST which is what? 15% LOL!
If interested I have a 1H 375 with dies and brass and some bullets to sell.
