My appologies if this has been posted before.

Just got a Ruger 10/22, TAPCO tatical, but the banana clip doesnt seem to want to feed properly, it doesnt seem "tight" when it is inserted, causing a jam. I have to push up on the mag, and once I get 5 or 6 rounds out of it, it seems ok.
Is there an adjusment I can do for this?

What brand of magazine is it??

Not all aftermarket magazines work well.

The Butler Creek Steel Lips are generally your best bet for avaliability/price/reliabilty. But even with them you will often get a bad one once in a while.

If it is fairly new, fill it half full for a while and see if it improves after a hundred rounds or so.

I had a BC Steel Lips Magazine that would not function properly when I first bought it. I just kept at it and used it clearing the jams when they happened and eventually it started working properly. Just needed to be broken in a bit I guess. YMMV
