I just purchased a new 10/22. Had it almost apart to clean. The bolt stop pin (b-46 pin) is seized in there. Under my best efforts, I can't get this bloody thing to budge. Trust me I've tried. Using the proper tools, tried lubricating it. Major amount of elbow grease attempting to drift it out, not coming along. Now I got a scratched up new 10/22 half apart that I can't do f* all about.

Any suggestions?

If it was a used rifle I'd say the pin is deformed and needs to be cut out.

Since it is a new gun I'd guess you don't have a bench block or other solid bench. The pin may be deformed and needs to be cut out anyway.

Interesting.. I bought another 10/22 last month I had a little trouble there too:
I was able to get the pin out, I could not however get a tuffer buffer in - It would drift through the one side, but once it got to the other to travel outwards, it would only bend, not go through the hole as it should.. I was able to get the Christy's bolt buffer through as it's a slightly less malleable material.
Not sure what to suggest..
Take it back to the shop you bought it at - perhaps they can get it through
