Posted 4 days ago, Near the bottom. But back in 2016 i believe there was some sort of lawsuit filed. Seems to have been squashed but i guess well see. Seems they cant prove anybody actually owns them?

Post ur thoughts

Is there any new info-has anyone be charged etc?

I would like to know since when did RCMP interpretation become a law-not sure who their expert is. I just see too many inconsistencies in them trying to argue this.

The instructions that came with the error in interpretation tell enforcement people to not lay charges for these as a stand alone charge - just to confiscate the mags, or use them as add on charges. The lab definitely does not want to try to have this fight in court. I'm pretty sure they know that they'd lose, and they don't want to risk their "gold standard" (?) status in court on this. Punishment by process seems to be their favourite way of doing business. They're betting that no one will spend the money to go to court to fight for a 10 magazine.

If it were to go to court I really think they'd lose. Then all their "dual use" bull#### would no longer fly. Anyone remember when they squashed importation of what should be legal 10+ round mags that would work in the M14 style rifles? Dickheads...

PS... I am also very interested in some unwanted GSG drums haha

Wasn't the cssa doing a lawsuit? Last I heard that was on hold while awaiting c71. C71 dropped and contained nothing about magazines, so have they continued working on this?

How can someone find those instructions?

Great news Cyclone...any chance you have a reference to that decision?

We need them to follow through with charges so that the precedent can be set once and for all. I think they know they don't have a leg to stand on with this one, so they keep dropping the charges. I thinks it's happened a couple times already.

Oh, I see. Thanks for that!
