Ruger 10/22 Mags by Tactical Innovations? Legal as 25 rd?

Hi I have a magazine by Tactical Innovations that is for a Ruger 10/22.

Does anyone know if this one has to be pinned to 10 rounds? Or is it okay because it is not a Ruger magazine?

No your mags are not illegal or prohib.

Charger pistol (which is limited to 10 rounds cause its a handgun) came AFTER most 25rd mags existed

That being said, the police might charge you, and give you a very lengthly and costly hard time...

Cops don`t want to charge people with the 25 round mags because if they loose in coiurt there ####ed royaly
