Ruger 10/22 mount

Hey everyone, so I bought a stainless ruger 10/22. My questions are is mount that is included a weaver and also is factory mount any good. I was thinking about a Nikon 3x9x40 for glass n Burris rings. Just need a solid mount. If no good could someone recommend a different mount please. And yes, I understand receiver is aluminum.
