Ruger 10 22 parts?

Hey everyone, I'm a newb to this forum and this is my first post.

I was wondering were all you 10 22 guys pick up your aftermarket parts in Canada? There is so much you can do to these guns, but I'm having a hard time finding anywhere in Canada that has a good selection, or companies in the states that ship up here.

Thanks for the responses guys. Has anyone had any luck heading to the states and bringing parts back. What I'm looking for specifically is a green trigger, mag release, and charging handle. I don't think I'd have any trouble getting that back in Canada eh?
