Does anyone know is the "Ruger 10/22 Commando Tactical Quad Rail System" by leapers. Will fit on my 10/22 that has the butler creek folding stock. The main thing im wondering is that i have a barrel band on my 10/22. will it still fit on?

you dont need the barrel band on anyways, some say its shoots better without it, some say it shoots better with it. lol
and you can always shave your existing BC stock to fit the leapers rail anyways if it doesnt fit perfect.
