I've today Ruger 10-22 Stainless Target 22 w/ adjustable Stock $519.95
from www.frontiertaxidermy.com Saskatchewan. The rifle is very nice.
It made me happier today
Shipping to Toronto was fast, even registration came in the same day, so tomorrow is going to be a big shooting day

I saw the same gun at MacLeod Trail Canadian Tire (Calgary) yesterday for about the same price. It was the only one in Calgary, as far as I can tell. The "know-it-alls" at the other Calgary gun stores hadn't even heard of it, and said it didn't exist. Canadian Tire told me they received it as a "promotion" at their last dealer buying show. They tell me that it is basically the same as the usual stainless target gun, with an adjustable stock?

Looks like a nice gun, and will only be available in limited numbers I am told.

I was going to buy a standard model 10/22 from RussellSports tomorrow, but since Frontier is a board sponsor, I'm going to call and order one from them instead.
