Ruger 10/22 taller sight

My Google-fu didn't work this time.

Is there anything on the market for taller front and rear iron sight for the 10/22 that mount on the original dove tail? I'm looking for sights that would clear the rail so I can switch from iron to optic without removing the rail.

Just get a new rail for $15 on amazon with a slot down the middle so you can see your irons

Actually I just did that myself to the original rail. I've milled a slot in the center of it right down to the top of the screws. I don't know if the one I've seen on Amazon or any better but I don't like the sights picture at all. The rear sight is way too close to the bottom of the slot and its hard too aim.

Someone on here mentioned that sights for the ruger 77/44 are taller and would work on the 10/22. Any source for those?
