Ruger 10/22 TD problem

[Rule 303]

Just got it today.

Upon attaching the barrel, I noticed a gap between the barrel assembly and the receiver assembly.

There is no flush match-up; there is a 1/8" gap at the bottom and a somewhat smaller gap at the top.

Is this merely a cosmetic "live with" situation, or should I have reason for concern?

WSS in Calgary got a bunch in just over a week or two ago. As of a couple of days ago, they still had stock according to staff.
