Ruger 10/22 tommy gun conversion kit

Hi, does anyone know if the tommy gun conversion kits for the ruger 10/22 are legal in Canada? And if so where can you buy them?

they are legal, one of the sponsors in BC supplied mine, looks good and with the drum lots of fun but you get tired of loading the drum after half dozen times
