Ruger 10/22 with folding stock........legal?

It used to be that as long as the firearm with the stock folded was twenty-six inches or longer it was OK. Is this still the case? I also have been offered three Butler Creek 50 round magazines for this rifle. Are they legal? Thanks, David

Yes and yes. Overall length must be 660 mm or 25.98 inches and rimfire rifles have no mag restrictions! I cant find the info on mag limits but pistols can only have 10 rounds, semi auto rifles get 5 and manual actions (pump, lever, bolt) have no restriction.

Thanks Guys. I appreciate the fast response. Dave......any value for a VG condition 10/22 with a folding stock. It is the one with an aluminum frame back end and plastic fore end. Dave....and the mags would just be chapees?
