i have an odd question,
i am thinking of selling my modded 10/22, and maybe someone elso who has sold theirs can help me.
would i be farther ahead to break it down and sell individual parts or try to sell the thing as a whole?

here are my specs:
*gm 20" blued fluted barrel

*power custom:
extended bolt handle, rod, and spring
hammer and sear

*volquartsen:
extended mag release
bolt buffer
extractor

*fajen thumbhole laminated stock, right handed.

i just don't seem to find the time to shoot anymore, which sucks!

I would brake it down and sell it. Most people like buying the 10/22s because they like building them, putting them together, and making them themselves. You will probably get more selling it this way as well. There was a 10/22 that sold a couple weeks ago on here that was parted out and it sold fairly quicly after it was parted out.

How does it shoot?
 
the last time i had it out, woulda been june-ish!
with me, lapua standard club(the only ammo that i've never had jam once!),it consistently grouped between 1/2 " and 1 " off the bench at 50 yards, depending on the breeze.
a couple of guys at the range have done even better with it, but they take their shooting serious!
 
Ok, thats not bad. The wind plays such a big role in accuracy that even at 25 and 50 yards grouping with winds is difficult and does take skill.

I would say maybe $100 for the barrel

$160 for the stock (do you know what its worth new?)

And maybe $230 for the action (trigger group and reciever).

I am sure people will argue about my prices but this is just a rough estimiate. Maybe a bit less for them, maybe a bit more, not really sure.
 
barrel was 180.00 new so i figured in the 120.00 range
the stock was 210.00 new, so 140-150ish
the rest depended on whether or not the person wanted the whole trigger group, or the upgrades
i have all the original's as well
