It would be fun to get a little more recoil when shooting .22LR. I wonder what the difference would feel like. One of the reasons that I do enjoy shooting my 22/45 bull barrel, however, is because you can shoot quickly and accurately w/no recoil. It also looks pretty cool.
 
Too bad about the threaded barrel. Though I find Ruger's move to offer "aftermarket" features in their standard product line interesting to say the least.

I am not a big fan of .22's but that looks like it would be really fun to shoot.


G/F is getting here licence in June... Maybe with some skilled words I can persuade her to buy one... If they are available in Canada.
